Anna Pannunzio, Senior Consultant with Jo Fisher Executive has a career in Human Resources which spans 30 years, working specifically in the areas of Higher Education, Government, Health and Not-for-Profit. Anna has successfully managed the search processes for a wide range of senior academic and executive appointments including Deputy Vice Chancellor, Dean, Head of School and Professorial.

Anna's success is built on her ability to form long term relationships with her clients, who value her experience in these sectors and her extensive HR background. Equally important to Anna, is the ability to form trusted relationships with her candidates. Prior to joining JFE, Anna spent 5 years as the Enterprise Account Manager (Education) with a large international search firm and was responsible for providing expert advice on current trends, issues and challenges within the Government and Education sector.

Prior to this, Anna held the role of Manager, Human Resources within a major Australian University, where during her 15 years in this role, Anna was elected by her peers to the position of Professional Staff Member Representative of the University's Council. Her role as elected member provided her great insight into the critical issues, deliverables and operations of a large multifaceted and complex organisation.

Anna has undertaken studies at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) in Human Resources, Strategic and Business planning.
