Executive Advisor – offering strategic and situational advice

Overview

The life of an executive can often be a lonely one. Usually Executives are simply expected to know how to do things irrespective of whether they have had the experience. Today many executives face significant re-structures without ever having led one before. It is often difficult to seek independent advice from others within the organisation as there are frequently many competing agendas.

There are many occasions when it would be advantageous to be able to draw upon the experience of someone who has “done it before”, who could act as a sounding board for plans, who can offer insights into potential problems and strategies for avoidance, based not only on knowledge but actual experience.

At Leadership Advantage we provide senior business leaders who have held Executive roles for many years and have a wealth of proven experience who can provide advice and guidance and act as an independent advisor. Conversations and business issues are confidential, our Executives have only one agenda and that is to assist with the situation or issue at hand.

How does it work?

Our Executive will work alongside you in your offices (or our offices if preferred) to review the issue or task at hand. They will review the strategy for resolution and provide feedback. If required they will work with you to develop the resolution or plan for managing the task and should it be one that will continue for sometime, as with a re-structure, then our executive can continue to advise throughout the task.

What is the process?
