The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation (RCHF) Melbourne is the official fundraising division of the Hospital, operating autonomously and providing a link between donators, freestanding fundraising groups and individual donors. The RCHF collaborates with partners to achieve its vision of the Royal Children’s Hospital being an internationally renowned children’s hospital while maintaining core values of unity, passion, integrity, excellence and respect.

The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation (RCHF) is seeking an outstanding executive to promote and grow both the hospital and the Foundation.

Reporting to the RCH Board of Directors, you will provide executive leadership for the Foundation and its staff through clarity of direction and structure; achievement of fundraising targets, building on the hospital’s brand and reputation and fostering excellent relationships with a range of high profile stakeholders. You will oversee the governance of the Foundation’s network of fundraising groups and ideally bring a well developed set of productive contacts to the position.

Bringing maturity, charisma and entrepreneurship, you will be an established senior business or NFP leader with broad general management skills and a strong capacity to think and direct strategically. You will have the style and ability to operate with high visibility at all levels in the community. Importantly you will operate at the highest professional and ethical standards and will have a genuine care and passion for the work of the hospital.

Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in business management or
sales and marketing will be highly regarded.
