The Australian Government Employees Superannuation Trust (AGEST) is an award winning industry super fund for Australian public sector employees. AGEST is focused solely on managing superannuation savings in the interest of members with all profits shared by its members.

AGEST is seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the fund in the next exciting stage of growth and development.

Reporting to a Trustee Board of 7 Directors, the CEO has ultimate responsibility for the management of the fund, managing all day-to-day fund issues and providing recommendations to the Directors in relation to the fund's strategy, operations and management of service providers.

Demonstrating exceptional general management skills at a senior level, and bringing hands-on practical experience in superannuation or a similar financial sector, you will be a self motivated leader. As a first-class communicator with an understanding of values in the not-for-profit superannuation sector, you will have a strong commitment to continuing AGEST's emphasis on providing high quality superannuation at low cost to its members. A background in member services is essential as is your experience in organisational change.
