Beaconhills College is seeking to appoint an innovative professional to develop and implement the College's strategic marketing plan. With a charter to focus on brand development this position will ensure that the Beaconhills value brand is known amongst its target markets and within its own community.

Reporting to the Headmaster, the Head of Communication and Marketing will assume responsibility for all aspects of the marketing function including both internal and external communications, social media, PR, community development and event management whilst continuing to evolve and drive the overall marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing innovative and comprehensive communication and brand strategies coupled with the ability to think laterally and creatively. Further, you will be experienced in people management with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration and be experienced in the use of technology in the marketing discipline. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be well regarded.
