Jo Wigley
Jo Wigley, Senior Consultant with JFE, focuses on the Finance, Not For Profit, and Education Sectors.
With extensive industry links and a passion for achieving the right cultural fit between clients and candidates, Jo conducts all JFE assignments with the upmost professionalism and perseverance.
Jo has held executive positions in training and education in professional associations within the finance sector, having held the positions of Regional Executive, Securities Institute and Director Professional Development at CPA Australia. Jo also has strategic marketing experience in the education sector with the Securities Institute, and in the not-for-profit sector having held the position of General Manager Marketing with the Australian Conservation Foundation. Prior to her management career, Jo worked in HR and organisational consulting and managed teams of consultants on major projects for large organisations across the banking and insurance sector, manufacturing, and the police force.
From 2003 to 2005, Jo was a member of the Victorian Government Finance Industry Consultative Committee (FICC) and convener of the FICC Regulation Review and Advocacy working group. She continues her involvement with the finance sector as coordinator of the judging panel for the Melbourne Financial Services Symposium Investment Stewardship Award. Jo is also involved with the Melbourne Business School Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education as an advisor and coach. Jo is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists, and holds a Master of Marketing, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Counseling.
