Pauline Gates

Pauline Gates, Senior Researcher, has extensive experience in global research and search consultancy for CEO, senior level executive and senior academic appointments.

Pauline brings a sharp curiosity, astute observational skills, a detailed analytic approach and experienced assessment methodologies to her work as a key leader in the JFE Research team. Based in Sydney, Pauline’s expertise spans the Finance, Health, Government, Education and FMCG Sectors.

Prior to joining JFE, Pauline’s expansive career included 15 years in the global banking, finance, and technology sectors. During this period Pauline spent 13 years at SWIFT, a financial telecommunications company, working across senior sales, marketing and business development roles based out of Belgium and Hong Kong. Relocating to Australia in 1990, Pauline worked for NEIS, pioneering the use of electronic data interchange to streamline business practices.
