Personal Coaching to Improve Performance
Overview
Coaching provides the opportunity to focus on areas for individual change in line with the company’s strategies and values.
How does it work?
Executives being coached define the objectives they wish to achieve through coaching, usually between 1 and 3 objectives. These can be related to business issues, desired personal changes or individual leadership initiatives.
Coaching by experienced senior business leaders develops the skills, behaviours and awareness more effectively and faster than if the individual is left to address on their own.
Executive coaches support the executive in their achievement of their objectives, offering experienced insight on issues, providing support and focus throughout the process whilst facilitating the development and embedding of new skills.
Executive coaches continually monitor progress throughout the assignment and upon completion the outcomes of each objective are reviewed and evaluated.
Coaching results are personally fulfilling and give increased confidence to the executive whilst having a positive impact and return to the company.
