Yvonne Crouch, Senior Consultant, is a specialist in senior management and executive appointments in the Local Government and Community Sectors.
Yvonne has a strong background in the local government and community sector and a comprehensive understanding, knowledge and extensive network across metropolitan, regional and provincial community based organisations. Yvonne brings to her work a unique ability to engage clients and candidates at all levels and a desire and determination to achieve positive outcomes for all parties in the search and recruitment process. Based in Melbourne, Yvonne has lead executive search assignments at Chief Executive, Director, General Manager and Manager levels across a wide range of metropolitan, large regional and provincial local government organisations across Australia.
Prior to joining JFE, Yvonne had extensive experience in executive recruitment and selection, professional development, project management, management consulting, and strategic planning. She was formerly a Senior Manager with Local Government Professionals (LGPro), with responsibility for the development and management of professional development programs and activities tailored to the needs of local government professionals.
Yvonne studied commerce and economics at Melbourne University, and has undertaken further professional development in communication and leadership.
